- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 2,214 reviewsAmazing hotel! The rooms and clean and new with all amenities. The hotel’s territory is an amazing space, well kept and so green. Hotels design just takes your breath away. The stuff is so kind, helpful and attentive. We had a celebration during our stay and they were kind enough to bring us a bottle of complementary champagne. The bars, restaurant are top with the nicest atmosphere and best service and best cocktails and drinks. Live music in the evenings just makes the view even more magical. The view from the gym is just out of this world. This is hands down the best hotel to stay in Tenerife. Could not recommend it more! Look no more and book it for your stay, you will have a lovely vacation!Guest review byGeorgeNetherlands
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 857 reviewsthe property was nice great for families we all enjoyed the pools , the food was nice and fresh with plenty of choice every day nice coffee machines and cold drinks for kids any time of the day , location was great, the reception staff which varied every day were fantastic and very helpful , staff in general where great especially Alberto he was fantastic lovely to the children and always very welcoming in the bar and restaurant, there was 2 staff members which put a dampener on our break we had a all inclusive premium package which was not worth it every time these 2 staff members were very rude banging and slamming and not nice to the children this was at the restaurant and the bar.Guest review bySamanthaIreland
- From £237.47 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 317 reviewsThe hotel is composed of different apartments which are fully equipped with all sort of things for cooking, sleeping and showering. The staff is very kind, professional, friendly and attentive. They also suggested us what to visit and helped us to book a car to visit the island. If you love quiet is the perfect place but if you want restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets or clubs you can find everything just outside. I recommend to include the breakfast as the choice of food is very wide and you’ll fall in love with the freshly made omelette! I’ll be staying there if I come back to Tenerife, the island of never ending summer!Guest review byFabsieDenmark
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 3,906 reviewsWe loved Parque Santiago III. Beautiful room with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets/showers, a very large terrace with 4 sunchairs and a table with chairs. All newly refurbished. The cleaning was great aswell! Spotlessly cleaned every day. The pool area and whole hotel area was beautiful. Always clean and full of flowers, palm trees and cactuses. The biggest pool is not heated but all the rest are heated: the 2nd biggest pool, bubble pool, adult pool and childrens pool. The location was the best in Las Americas, the beaches on one side and the main shopping street on the other. We will definitely be back.Guest review byAnnikaFinland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.0Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 3,090 reviewsWhen giving ratings on the booking, first of all, the guest must be honest. When we booked accommodation in Costa Adeje, this hotel was around 500e and the next cheapest was over 1000e. So, if you chose the cheapest accommodation, then you cannot give ratings as if you paid for the most expensive accommodation, so you are somewhat disappointed. This accommodation has a lot of flaws, but considering that it is at least twice as cheap as all the others, I give it 5 stars and it was perfect for us (regardless of the bad beds).Guest review byIvanSerbia

We really enjoyed our stay in Adeje.
We really enjoyed our stay in Adeje. It’s a great location for anyone looking for adventure and fun. I came with my teenage boys, and we loved: Siam Park Jet ski and other sea adventures Go-karting Beaches and shopping We hired a car to get around — driving was easy and there’s plenty of paid parking near most places. The weather was hot, but that’s exactly what we expected. Food was very good, especially at the beachside restaurants — you can find all types of cuisine. The area is very tourist-friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families who want both relaxation and exciting activities.Guest review byMuthuUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The area is perfect for all ages
The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.Guest review byGabrielaRomania - 6.0
We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje.
We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje. LC- It’s gone down hill. Streets are tired. People begging. One gentleman I spoke to had his gold chain ripped off his neck in broad daylight while walking with his family. (He was with his wife, daughter and grandson). Wouldn’t go back to LC- Adeje is far more upmarket, nicer and safer. Stayed in Gran TacandeGuest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0
This is a quiet area, which was nice for a family visit.
This is a quiet area, which was nice for a family visit. If you want more bars and nightlife this is not the area for you. Some small restaurants and cafes with a good range of menus. Supermarket and bus stops also in the area. Good bus service for exploring other areas and attractions.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport.
A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport. Has a few small grocery shops and some friendly playgrounds. Everything can be reached on foot in Palm-Mar. If you have a car, you can get to nearby sandy beaches (e.g., Los Cristianos) easily. A great place for those who like walking, running, and hiking. You can walk along the ocean, run on paths inland, and hike on nearby hills/mountains. We found Trigo a great value for money to eat. Lots of Italian dishes, too, prepared by true-blue Southern Italians.Guest review byGyulaHungary - 10.0

A beautiful spot in Tenerife – Playa Fañabé exceeded all expectations. The beach is clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or taking long scenic walks. Plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and the atmosphere is always lively yet laid-back. The water is clear, the sand is soft, and the sunsets here are truly unforgettable. Easily one of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife – highly recommended!Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom - 8.0

If you're looking for a quieter place where you can relax in peace or enjoy an evening drink, this is the ideal spot. If you're after a lively nightlife, I would recommend choosing a different location.Guest review byPavolSlovakia - 10.0

It is a beautiful residential village. Very quiet. Very hilly and only a few shops and restaurants. If you like a quiet life it’s one for you. The bus into los cristianos takes about 10 minutes and you can catch it just outside the village. We loved it. Only downside is the dogs. People don’t pick up the poo!!Guest review byKimUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A lovely, clean and very quiet town.
A lovely, clean and very quiet town. Spanish bars and cafes with Spanish families. Very low key, no loud music, no nightclubs, just lovely sea views, sunshine and a relaxed atmosphere. The seafood is exceptional and reasonably priced as are the pizzas. Beach is pebbles and volcanic so jelly shoes advised. The place closes down at midnight, unusual for Spain. We were up early to scuba dive, so a good sleep was welcome. Loved it.Guest review byRobEUnited Kingdom
