PolandI had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived at the reception :) The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The property is beautifully green with a large pool, and the food is delicious and varied. There is an à la carte restaurant on site, and right next to the hotel is La Torre del Mirador, where the seafood is simply incredible. Additionally, there are excellent Italian and Asian restaurants nearby.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with an ocean view and a minibar, plus daily cleaning and fresh water replenishment. The poolside service was excellent, and the gym, which overlooks the ocean, was a highlight along with yoga classes.
This is the perfect spot if you're not planning to travel around the island, as it offers everything you need — diverse beaches, a beautiful coastline, and delicious restaurants. However, if you do plan to explore the island, the location is also very convenient, with quick and easy access to Los Cristianos, Los Americas, and it's only a 5-minute drive to Siam Park and other attractions.
The hotel offers free underground parking, and it has direct access to two sandy beaches, one with black volcanic sand. The breakwaters make swimming very pleasant.
The location is fantastic — close to all major attractions but quiet and peaceful, away from clubs and parties. Every evening, there was live music at the hotel, adding a nice touch to the experience.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a high-quality vacation experience with friendly, smiling staff, great service, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and all the necessary amenities.
