Good location just a street away from the pyramids entrance. The view from the rooftop is superb. You can piecefully enjoy the view of the pyramids better than even inside the area. Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. Iriny in particular assisted me with something personal as I needed to find a particular blanket made in Spain in Cairo. She gave me names of a couple places and BINGO! I found what I was after at the first place and I was greatly grateful for her kindness. Their breakfast was ok, light to start ur day with. Staff at reception were always ready to make your life so much easier!

    A Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service! We were extremely pleased with our stay at Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino! It’s a fantastic place with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants—each area offers something unique, and the food is truly delicious. We were also impressed by the service. We checked out early in the morning, and the hotel arranged a special shuttle for us so we could sleep a little longer. When we found out that our flight was canceled and delayed, we returned to the hotel, and they gave us our room back. Such a level of care and professionalism is truly remarkable! We are very happy we chose this hotel, and we will definitely plan to return in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in Cairo!

    Everything about this hotel was First Class and amazing. The garden area and hotel premises were very nice and clean. Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart.     Pyramids were great, and GEM. citadel too. Cairo as such only so-so but worth a visit. People are friendly but always trying to get money from you, turist prices. Perhaps fair enough, considering gap in wealth. Be prepared for stomac flue, almost impossible to avoid if you normally live in Europe/US. Felt safe all the time.

    Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

    i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

    Overall, it was a great experience. I would advise people not to hire a guide—do your own research and explore on your own. Avoid rushing into shopping with guides, as you may end up losing money to scams. Overall, Egyptian people are wonderful, but the tourism side could be better.

    Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area

    Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

    Love Madinaty , it’s quiet and lot of green gardens , great for walking and running . Beautiful modern air mall . Lots of restaurants and coffee shops . It’s about 50 min away by car from central Cairo.
