FranceI had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room.
The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed.
I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience.

There is also new staff compared to next year, new chef Ibrahim but he works as hard as the rest, the 2 Mustafa's and some Mohammed's which have a different extra name name, also Ziad from reception and the cleaners Ali and Machmut. The swimming pool is clean and enough beds. Room is clean, I had one with warmed swimming pool. It is nice to go for a walk into town 45 mins or go by Tuk Tuk 10 mins. There is an Apotheke in house if needed. It was my second time and I will come back

United KingdomAbsolutely all staff were so very helpful and thoughtful. (Thank you.) Nothing seemed to phase them. Carefully designed, buildings with wonderful outlook. Do take some time to examine the fossilised corals etc in the stone from which the place is built! Meals were always freshly prepared, beautifully presented and plentiful, with the option of seconds if need be. Vegetarian food was excellent, as was, I understand from friends, Vegan, and meat. The whole site was kept meticulously clean, including the beach. There are gardens with indigenous plants, including those that attract butterflies and moths. Also a formal fresh water feature, the home of numerous dragonflies: a surprise bonus. The infinity pool is generously sized. Security appears to be excellent, as are safety features eg fire hoses, emergency exit signs, pool Life Guard. Outdoor lighting at night is adequate for safety, but angled downwards, so star gazing is possible. The House Reef is easily accessible from a pier a short walk from the Lodge. The Emperor Divers facility which abuts the Lodge gives options of Shore and Boat diving.

We are a family of four and decided to rent a family suite. Our suite had two decently sized bedrooms, a single bathroom and a small hallway connecting the rooms together. Both rooms had their respective balconies outlooking the main pool. The AC units were working well. We were very happy with the housekeeping – our butler Sami was excellent! He was very friendly, polite and cleaned our room meticulously every single day. Fresh towels, for both the room and the beach, were brought to us every day. So no need to bring any towels along, as they are provided by the hotel. The hotel has 2 main pools. One of the pools is your regular pool, surrounded with sunbeds (make sure to reserve your sunbeds early morning as they get packed quickly.) The other pool is more of a “lazy river” style pool – note that this pool is not very deep (max depth is 1.6m). There is pool options for the kids as well. All hotel guests are welcome to use the Sinbad Waterpark that consists of about 9 slides (out of which 7 are for adults). We had so much fun on the slides – it was all safe and guarded at all times. Hotel’s private beach is located about 350m from the hotel – within a walking distance, but there is a shuttle provided for everyone unwilling or unable to walk. The beach was beautiful and sandy with comfortable sunbeds. Due to the opening of the new nearby Serry Hotel, the Sindbad Hotel beach has been unfortunately split into two – half of the beach is for Sinbad and the other half for the Serry Hotel guests. They should provide with more of the parasols for the Sindbad guests! As for the food, we had an All-inclusive package – including breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 8AM til midnight. The food was delicious and a lot of variety, even at breakfast time. Every evening they have a different specific cuisine so you can’t get bored. we also tried both of the restaurants: vista mare and the fish restaurant and both were delicious. I can’t understand how people can complain about the food, as we read online in Egypt you can really have problems with the food but here it’s not the case. As for the animation, the animation team is fun, we participated almost in every activity and we really enjoyed it. The resort also has a jogging trail that we ran every day. "I did not leave the grounds of the Iberotel Costa Marès. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. The sea was beautiful.

Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park.
