We spent just one night here after arriving at the airport, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable — perfect after a long day of travel. Mohamed Hussein at the reception was incredibly helpful, even though we arrived quite late. He assisted us with organizing a taxi and made sure everything was arranged for our transfer the next day. Excellent service and a smooth, stress-free stay. Highly recommended for a short stopover in Hurghada!

Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

Absolutely all staff were so very helpful and thoughtful. (Thank you.) Nothing seemed to phase them. Carefully designed, buildings with wonderful outlook. Do take some time to examine the fossilised corals etc in the stone from which the place is built! Meals were always freshly prepared, beautifully presented and plentiful, with the option of seconds if need be. Vegetarian food was excellent, as was, I understand from friends, Vegan, and meat. The whole site was kept meticulously clean, including the beach. There are gardens with indigenous plants, including those that attract butterflies and moths. Also a formal fresh water feature, the home of numerous dragonflies: a surprise bonus. The infinity pool is generously sized. Security appears to be excellent, as are safety features eg fire hoses, emergency exit signs, pool Life Guard. Outdoor lighting at night is adequate for safety, but angled downwards, so star gazing is possible. The House Reef is easily accessible from a pier a short walk from the Lodge. The Emperor Divers facility which abuts the Lodge gives options of Shore and Boat diving.

    Overall one of the best hotels in the area. Exceptional customer service. Manager Mr. Tariq impressively goes extra miles to accommodate and care for your needs and he seems to be everywhere on the premises! Mr. Mohamed from the front desk is professional, dedicated and competent with a hilarious sense of humor. Staff in general were amazing; very friendly and smiling all the time. Food was nice with excellent varieties. We specially liked the indoor heated pool as we were unlucky weather-wise (too cold water for outdoor pools, aquapark and beach for the kids). The heated pool saved our holiday. Still, the hotel includes an impressive variety of outdoor pools as well as a game room. Hotel offers around the clock free Golf car rides to the nearby beach which i found excellent, specially for elderly and those who are unable to walk (P.S: beach is not that far: 5-10min walk) We visited during the Eid holiday and we were greeted with Eid cookies in our spacious, clean rooms, also they had a nightly lovely program for kids, not sure if this goes all year long, but it was very entertaining for the kids. In my opinion, apart from the great accommodation and facilities, what makes this place stand out is the impressive treatment by all staff. Hats up. A great hidden gem

    everything was great! the sandy beach was super nice. There are a lot of options for the food, we were in all the restaurants and they all were perfect. The staff are very supportive and nice and you have a direct contact through whats app for any support you need. The animation team are great, specially Mr. Hassan, he is an awesome member to the team. The Spa is great, specially Mr. Alladin! the best massage I have ever had! we checked out at 12:00 but stayed at the hotel until 22:00 (we had an early morning flight). The hotel kept our access to everything open and allowed us to use all the facility and restaurant without extra charge! They even prepared a lunch box for each of us, for the time we were in flight! We also had our anniversary during our stay, and they decorated our room and also our table at the restaurant with a delicious cake with no extra charge!

    "I did not leave the grounds of the Iberotel Costa Marès. There are already so many wonderful things to do like snorkeling, diving, massages and especially the many activities offered by Captain Mahmoud's extraordinary team and the high quality shows performed in the evening. All the staff are adorable, attentive, attentive both on the beach and by the pool as well as in the various restaurants, not to mention the maintenance staff and gardeners, the cooks, the waiters (mention special for Ahzem from the main restaurant, Abd Allah at the pool restaurant, Mostafa who is part of Mahmoud's team, Hod Hod on the beach and many others of whom I don't really know the spelling of their first name. are all very courageous, with a sense of humor and kindness like I have rarely seen. Everything is put in place so that you only want to do one thing... come back as quickly as possible."

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

    I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference.     The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Very nice and friendly locals!

    Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

    Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. Unfortunately, the service there was well below expectations.
