Comfortable rooms with castle charm. Very nice outdoor pool and amazing, fresh breakfast. Flexible with arrival time although reception is not open 24/7 but on demand. Calm at night and still close enough to local pubs for dinner.

Hotel Horal pleasantly surprised us. Firstly, the service here is at an amazing level. I don't know what they've done here, but the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will spend an extra minute or two of their time explaining everything to you and answering your questions, even engaging in a brief conversation with you. This applies to everyone across the hotel (reception, wellness, restaurant). It's a pity that this isn't the standard across the whole Czech Republic, at least in 4-star hotels. Furthermore, the food here is great; we had burgers, both fish dishes, soup, and everything was excellent. The rooms are not completely modern, but nicely clean and well-maintained, plus spacious, which I really appreciate! The same goes for the bathroom. Finally, the wellness facilities are unbelievable; everyone will find something for themselves. Truly top-notch facilities, everything well thought out. Simply put, complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Staying at AGH hotel felt like coming home, even though it is away from home! We were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist Natalie with her warm smile and high quality check-in procedure, quite fast but still very accurate and guest friendly. Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. We arrived early but we could comfortably store our luggage to check in later. In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel to collect our room key and bring our luggage to the room. Thanks to the General Manager Simona and receptionist Natalie, we were so lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Double Room (#312) with a very spacious balcony overlooking the terrace of the hotel. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and the room was nice and clean. A standard iron and board were also in the closet so we didn't have to contact the Front Desk. In the late afternoon we had dinner in the restaurant with friends, started of with a selection of appetizers (the home made potato chips with garlic dip is a MUST choose! SO delicious) , a nice bottle of local Czech Chardonnay and ended with delicious main courses. We were served by the waiter Kamill and he was excellent! Very friendly, experienced and always serving with a smile. In the evening I went down and asked for a kettle to boil hot water, instead of only a kettle I received an entire package with lemons, sugar and cookies, excellent service! Breakfast we ordered as roomservice. Very extensive and delicious. The check-out by Nela, the next morning was very friendly, warm and professional, served with a constant smile! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, this is a hotel where you should stay for at least a couple of nights! Simona, Natalie, Nela, Kamill and all the other staff that we didn't meet, thank you all so much for giving us an excellent stay! For a next visit I will definitely book AGH hotel again!     I was incredibly impressed during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by smiling and friendly staff who immediately created an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort. The dishes were incredibly delicious, and each meal was a true gastronomic delight.     Location is excellent, very calm and quiet place. Food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing - the look, taste, smell - simply brilliant! Spa&welness area is beautiful, spacious and peaceful, with many places to hide and rest. There were not many children there (the hotel is not really for chlidren and this is why we went there), not many hotels have poolbar in the welness area - awsome!

    I had the greatest time in Rožnov pod Radhoštem. I enjoyed the camping and the pool very much. I did a bit of sight seeing, the camping is a great starting point for that. I also enjoyed the Lake Malawi concert I traveled for very much, it was a great night.

    Luhačovice is the most popular spa in Eastern Moravia.

    Luhačovice is the most popular spa in Eastern Moravia. There are several healing springs around the spa colonnade, spa hotels and hiking trails leading through beautiful nature. In the summer, you can take a swim or take a pedalo or boat ride on the local large water reservoir. For lunch, we recommend hamburgers at Snack bar Victoria. You can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the Divadelní restaurant, where you will also find a nice children's corner.

    Zlín as a city is good to visit.

    Zlín as a city is good to visit. I recommend going to Baťa's Skyscraper (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%C5%A5a%27s_Skyscraper). There is also an excellent confectionery Dino (https://cukrarna-dino.cz/?utm_source=mapy.cz&utm_medium=ppd&utm_campaign=firmy.cz-997415).

    The city is nice and compact with many restaurants and shops, although some of the food stores closing very soon. Beautiful country side surroundings. Many tips for 1-day trips around (e.g. Slovacke museum).

    Fantastic place to visit - lots to do. We visited Flower Gardens, Mirror Maze, Chateau + gardens, outdoor swimming pool. If you are a big film and figures collector visit Film Legends Experience - you can take a bus from bus station - it’s about 6 minutes journey but well worth it 😊

    Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is known mainly for its open-air museum. There it is really worth to plan two days for the visit to see everything. Nearby there are small architectural gems of a regional architect to admire. A trip to Brno is also recommended. I especially recommend a visit to the Museum of Technology there.

    Love this spa!

    Love this spa! It is cute and warm, lively but just enough so it's not annoying. Food is good, would recommend restaurant U Racka. Definitely try all the mineral waters and wafers Lazenske oplatky!

    Amazing city with world-class modernist architecture (I especially recommend Bata's Memorial, the interior is breathtaking), the museum and gallery in Bata's Institute are worth recommending too. Don't come there if you don't like modern architecture though, there are barely any buildings older than 100 years.

    A lovely city, with a range of architecture, lovely park with super museum, all accessible by foot with good transport links to other places in the region via train or bus. Nice choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Great gallery with paintings from Joza Uprka.

    Hotel Bouček is our favorite place to stop for a night near the border. The location is in the heart of a very nice, small, old town Kromeriž. there is a big central square, where you can park your car, and here are several long working, nice places to eat. If you want to stay in Hotel Bouček you should book the rooms in advance, because there are very few rooms and a very good price-quality ratio.

    Favorite spots:

    Favorite spots: Baťa's skyscraper (n. 21) – rooftop view, coffee bar. Baťa's Institute 14|15 with museum with exposure called "BAŤA PRINCIPLE: FANTASY TODAY, REALITY TOMORROW" – note: not opened in Monday. The same for Baťa's Monument above the Interhotel. We eat once in Makalu Nepal restaurant. I had coffee in Coffeshop Company on náměstí Míru (square). We visited cinema too. Next time I will arrange more time for the museum (1h).
