The Dome was spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning and a fan. We har everything we needed and a great view of our surroundings. The beach is literally 10 meters away, and there’s a huge outdoor area with tables, chairs and even swings.
We were treated as if we were at home since the moment we arrived. Señora Nuria was an exceptional host who went out of her way to help with whatever she could (even drying our clothes when we got caught in a rainstorm). We were also given great recommendations and tips about the area.
The breakfast is homemade and the coffee is AMAZING!
Would love to stay here again, strongly recommend!

The peaceful surroundings and, most of all, the proximity to the beach and the seating area overlooking the beautiful garden with hummingbirds were highlights for us. Our hotel, Arrecife Punta Uva, was right on the beach and...
Our hotel, Arrecife Punta Uva, was right on the beach and very conveniently close to a restaurant. There were plenty of seating areas and hammocks provided, which made it easy to relax. One of the highlights was a beautiful viewpoint on a cliff about a 10-minute walk away—definitely worth the short hike. We loved our beach cabin stay in Manzanillo!
We loved our beach cabin stay in Manzanillo! We ate meals on the front porch surrounded by the beautiful garden, listening to the rolling waves of the ocean. The beach is just across the street, and the nature reserve is a five minute walk away at the end of the street. There is also a good Caribbean restaurant at the other end of the street, also just a five minute walk from the cabin. Our host was very friendly and attentive. It’s a quiet, authentic beach town, and much less touristy than Puerto Viejo. We plan to stay there again.Guest review byLauraUnited States - 8.0

Manzanillo is lovely.
Manzanillo is lovely. The reef is regenerating so snorkelling good we did a boat trip to go snorkelling more and I saw a blue spotted eagle ray! Absolutely the best snorkelling in the area particularly near the entrance of the National Park. We had a kayak into the jungle which was lovely. We did a night hike which was quite an experience!. Manzanillo is quiet at night. The people are great! We rented bikes from Chile Verde where we stayed and cycled to the Ava project preserving Great Green Macaws. We also culex to Punt Uva. We also walked there on the beach. Manzanillo is great! We are at maxis and another cafe at the end of the road. We also had dinner at Colores with live music.
