Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. It is a very charming place. We did not expect it to be SO beautiful. Also they have a very special restaurant there. Unfortunately, one guest left his dog in the room and the dog was barking. Because of this we had to wake up earlier than we wanted. The staff offered us a breakfast for free what was very nice and cheered us. Accidents can happen in every hotel, but a good hotel knows how to handle such situations. Good job 👍

    All necessities for convenience, like comfy beds, fridge, kettle are provided. Spacious toilet cum bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The (paid) dinner was exceptionally rich and delicious, and its (restaurant) service was very courteous and warm. Excellent swimming facilities (sizeable pool, comfortable jacuzzi and spa) are provided with no extra cost. A very good breakfast with a rich variety of hot and cold food. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes.

    Rooms are clean. Pavala, from the front desk has been very informative and helpful. Strategically located. Manor St, just a few minutes walk, where you can get convenient shops. There's a delicious Chinese restaurant, BAOTI, nearby too. This hotel just a few minutes away from shopping areas and the famous church. Hasn't much array.of.breakfast but still good to catch for a quick one. Will definitely come again.

    We had a great time at this hotel! Situated in Carouge, which quickly became our favorite area in Geneva, the location was perfect. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel provided us with free transportation cards, making it even more convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended!

    Ridiculously expensive city with not a great deal to do.

    Ridiculously expensive city with not a great deal to do. It's so expensive it spoilt our stay. Even McDonald's was expensive! Google top things to do in Geneva and half the things are trips out of the city. That said, its nice and clean and the people are really friendly, helpful and polite. It's a great place to base yourself to visit Chamonix or Annecy. Transport links are good and the railway network is excellent.

    A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

    A great place to stay!

    A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Very good for the pricing.

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still...

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.

    Excellent free (with hotel issued travel pass) transportation it is a very easy city to explore. Friendly shop and restaurant staff. The park and lake side walks are super and all the usual shopping opportunities. The only downside is the number of people asking for money and cigarettes which unfortunately is common all over the world. However, we were never troubled or felt threatened in any way and were able to go anywhere without problems or fear.

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.

    The transport system was so efficient.

    The transport system was so efficient. The sun was out and it was surprisingly hot. Lake Leman was beautiful, we enjoyed our cruise. We even swam in the lake, most refreshing. Lovely architecture, great food. Loved the chess in the park. Loved how everyone enjoyed the waterfront together.
