This is a wonderful resort for families. We traveled as 3 generations and there was something for all of us to enjoy - separate and together. The views are amazing and the food was very good. The staff was so nice and all spoke some English. I am American and speak no German, but I was fine and everyone understood me and were helpful. We arrived on a Thursday night and did not use our car until we left on Sunday. Everything we needed was in the resort or the village.

Very quiet location with beautiful scenery. The flat was very nice and bright, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. A cat came to say hi, that was really cute.

The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.
