SpainThe location was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, the rooms were spacious, clean and in great condition, the hotel itself is bright and airy tastefully decorated throughout, there is a large bar that does food and the staff are welcoming, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi with towels supplied, the parking was easy as they have a large area, all amenities are in walking distance, including the Shopping Center (Mall). My wife and I could not find anything wrong with the lodge if we tried..excellent all round

We were impressed by the set up of the village, road skier access and walkways all around. We walked every where after skiing. Really enjoyed the tube park after a full day of skiing with the family. The cold weather made it wickedly fast and we all ate straw!!! What fun. Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms. This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground. Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls. I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.Guest review byKyla
