View was wonderful. Living room and kitchen is very spacious. Very nice for gathering. Three rooms and two bathroom are downstair. Rooms are a bit tight for putting the luggage out. But it was a really nice stay. The coffee provided was very nice and from local.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and the staff, especially Amy was absolutely amazing. We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. After a long haul flight, I didn’t fancy driving to find a hotel in a city you hadn’t visited before. Although in the airport, you do not hear the planes, although if you want to watch them come and go you can. This was a great room to relax after your flight and get your bearings. The breakfast was also great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Real, real classy hotel and you can easily see that at the front entrance where you're immediately greeted by valet in long stylish black coat. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Entire hotel exudes warmth in low-key luxury decor and definitely worth revisits over and over again if you're looking for a good holiday retreat. Rated No. 1 hotel in Canada in 2021 Visit the Pub if you can and try getting a table by the window with views to the hotel spa / open sea. Food is actually quite good, much exceeded our anticipation.

We enjoyed visiting the Gorge near our hotel and would have liked to have more time to walk the park there. We found driving in the city confusing and would have liked bigger road signs to help us navigate. All the right and left hand turn lanes at intersections were difficult for a visitor unused to the city.

I did not spend much time in Richmond this trip, as I came in to see the Lene Lovich show at the Rickshaw theatre in Vancouver. I am however familiar with, and drawn to Richmond, particularly for it's diversity in both people and entertainment options.

Kamloops isn't the regular stopping point for many. We made use of the various walks, the Kenna Cartwright park had a fabulous ridge walk. We ate in the Noble Pig, walkable from the accommodation and well worth the visit. Kamloops lake is very popular if you have a boat or like fishing. It is a town of many sports, we even found a "horseshoe" court! Wild deer came into town to eat the overflowing vegetables at the community gardens. A sight to remember

This wasn't our first trip to Nanaimo so we did know our way around most of the city and beyond, but it is always a great place to be. We love the well planned Harbour walkways, many events in the parks, the beach trails. Our favourite beach walks are Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point. There are many good music venues, restaurants, scenic drives and walks. We easily found side roads that were basically parallel to the highway to get to and from downtown. Nanaimo has has a LOT to offer any visitor of any age! Can't wait to return!

We came to Prince George to visit the Ancient Cedars and what a great experience that was just over 1 hour and 15 min past PG. We also spent time geocaching im the area, visiting many parks like Moores Meadow, Connaught Hill, and Ness Lake which was great for swimmkng, and Deadfall brewing which were all fantastic. We quite enjoyed our mini trip to Prince Geroge.
