The hotel was new and very clean. It has a great location and offers free parking. The extra bed provided for families was quite comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Appeared to be newly refurbished. All the staff were friendly and helpful, solved the one issue we had very efficiently and without fuss. We had an inclusive meal package and the choice available for both breakfast and dinner suprising. Bret swimming pool and steam room and sauna Brilliant value for money

Hotel is really gorgeous and so warm and comfortable. It's a real gem and great find. Spotlessly clean, amazing towels and bedding and fabulous bath. Breakfast very fresh and delicious. Restaurant is really excellent the food was delicious and again very fresh. We absolutely loved it all. Doby on Reception is so polite and a real gentleman, he made our trip even more lovely. Restaurant staff very welcoming and gentle, loved the decor so cozy too.. We had a truly lovely time eventhough was for dental work!! Fantastic dentist in Kazanlak well worth it.

The location of the hotel was so convenient, about 10 mins walk to the city centre. The room was clean and I like the design of the bathroom especially. The owner Izo and Toni were extremely friendly. Izo helped us with our luggages from our car to the hotel room. Really appreciate that. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Kazanlak.

Midalidare Hotel & Spa
We stay 2 days just right after the weekend - we stayed at the villa and we had everything that we needed for our stay with an 1 year old baby. It was warm and clean and comfortable. The Wellness and SPA center was fully working and we were only around 8-10 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great welcome from a charming hostess. The property has been lovingly maintained to a very high standard. All fixtures and fittings were recent and of good quality. A great alternative to hotels because of the homely feel that Todorovi offers. Overall value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and peaceful place located in a forest. I was in a very large room , even too large:) . Personal smiling and very good service. Restaurant is good as well with very reasonable price. Small swimming pool with terasse and view on the forest. I recommend this hotel.

Clean and up to standard, with the attention to detail you'd expect from a mineral bath spa hotel to relax and heal your body. The restaurant is fantastic, with an excellent chef. The doorman was very friendly character and assisted us with our luggage.
