- From £203.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 477 reviewsBrilliant place. We did have a deluxe room/tent with aircon which we needed as it was hot - but it was absolutely luxurious. The staff could not have been more accomodating/helpful/friendly. As there was a cook shortage we didn't get a cooked breakfast but the staff more than made up for this with a bottomless minibar full of goodies (not just alcohol) and various other treats. Can't recommend it enough. Access pretty good - we had a 4WD as the rental companies seem to insist, but you absolutely don't need it. In fact, I think they plan to seal the road to the resort fairly soon.Guest review byMarkUnited Kingdom
- From £337.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 470 reviewsIncredible family destination! Best accom in Broome. Right on cable beach and everything you need for a stress free stay. The resort restaurants were very expensive but the food was excellent so we didn’t mind - definitely book in advance though as there doesn’t seem to be enough sittings in peak times.Guest review byKateAustralia

Broome was good, the taxi driver from the airport ripped us off. The hop on off bus wasn’t working, terrible for visitors, perhaps the council should treat visitors with a bit more respect and I am sure it would pay off. We switched taxi providers to 13 cabs and they were terrificGuest review byLeaAustralia - 10.0

I Love Exmouth, the activities are boundless, so much amazing snorkelling right off the beach. Can see so many turtles, sharks and fish! As well as amazing boat tours for whale sharks and humpbacks it’s worth every penny you spend ! We had dinner at Froth which was a great vibe for a pub with good food.Guest review byAlisonUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I really enjoyed all the day tours I was able to do from Kununurra to Lake Argyle, Bungle Bungle, Mitchell Falls and El Questro and there are some lovely art galleries in town. Generally people were friendly however I wouldn't venture out after dark. I was very glad I chose the Kimberley Croc Motel as it is very central, right opposite Coles, so easy walking distance. It's nothing flash but has a lovely little pool and courtyard, a good laundry and kitchen so very economical, and also pet-friendly. It is also secure. If you have a vehicle there is lovely accommodation on the edge of town beside or near the lake.Guest review byPamela - 10.0
Relaxed and Friendly Town
Relaxed and Friendly Town Karratha is a great place to visit. The locals are friendly and welcoming. The town has everything you need, with shops, cafes and services close by. It’s clean, easy to get around and has a relaxed pace. The surrounding landscapes are unique and worth exploring. Good value overall for a regional stay. Tips for New Visitors: Book accommodation early, especially during peak work seasons. Bring sun protection. The weather is hot and dry most of the year. Hire a car if you want to explore nearby spots like Dampier or Karijini. Visit local cafes early. Some close by mid-afternoon. Check opening hours for shops and services. They can vary. Talk to locals. They often have the best advice on where to go.Guest review byDexterH71Australia - 8.0
For a first time visitor, Port Hedland was interesting.
For a first time visitor, Port Hedland was interesting. There is nothing much to do (other than walk around the jetty area). The sunset was beautiful, the long walk ways on the beach front was a great way to enjoy the town. Of course you could join tours to go on the water or to the Salt Lake etc.Guest review byAmyAustralia - 8.0
Coral Bay is a very beautiful and relaxing place to visit.
Coral Bay is a very beautiful and relaxing place to visit. The Ningaloo Reef is a highlight and a trip on the glass bottom boat is a must. The eating facilities are quite adequate , we enjoyed Bill's and the Reef Bar. The seafood pizza at the Reef Bar was delicious and the best we had ever tasted. The shop assistants and coach driver ( from the airport) were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. It was a pity the beauty spa was only open 2 days a week , February may not be their high season.Guest review byJudy - 10.0
Amazing beaches, great canyons.
Amazing beaches, great canyons. Love the staff on tours and way the tour operators work together to ensure the marine animals are not disturbed or harmed. The regulations for whale sharks/ whales tours and operators etc are great as it gives tourists an experience with minimal risk to the animals. Weather great. Needs some investment in roads being graded to canyons, caravan parks and bins on streets. Need a car to get around Exmouth unless you are booking tours that include a pick up.Guest review byLisaAustralia - 10.0

Unfortunately Halls Creek is suffering from lack of inspiration! Information Centre not open so no information of the area, it is run down and needs a good lot of help from the WA govt to encourage tourism ... There is a lot to see and the history is amazing. Roads are very poor to the sights people wish to see and explore. Indigenous population friendly and I'm sure with a little encouragement & support many would be able to find employment without the constant "put down" there seems to be!Guest review byJanAustralia - 10.0

Favourite place Cable Beach - facilities on beach - seats, umbrellas, life savers. Several bars and restaurants nearby. Town bus gives easy access to everywhere. No high rise buildings - traditional Broome style retained.Guest review byKevinAustralia
