The Almgut is beautifully nested in between the Austrian Mountains in a lovely village called St Margaret. If you need solitude, beautiful landscape views that look like a postcard picture, incredible food and an amazing spa - This is where you need to go. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I told one of the waiters that I was Gluten intolerant and to my surprise the next morning the chef had baked two fresh loaves of the most delicious gluten free bread that I have had in my life. They are just wonderful. Hans, Walter, Peter, Kata are just some of the wonderful people there that made my stay extra special.

The food was amazing and plentiful, the room was spacious and the hotel went out of its way to accommodate my request for a bathtub. The spa was beyond expectations and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Simply out of this world!

What struck me most when I entered the room is how beautiful it is. Design is of wood and marble-like stone. And the restaurant is beautiful as well, as is the hotel building from outside. It's the most beautiful hotel I stayed in during my travel in Austria this year. Room is not big, very cozy. Well-furnished, too, with table and chair suitable for work. Staff is also extremely nice. Breakfast is good: omelette, bacon, ham, cheeses, though there are no sausages and no fresh orange juice.

Very responsive staff, service top notch, the wellness area is beautiful and clean. Fresh fruit every morning and a very wide range of Food options. Love the gluten-free corner! Also, the ski depot is so close to the slopes and everyone working at the hotel is contributing to a cozy and warm atmosphere.

Hotel Lärchenhof offers newly designed rooms with balcony, free parking, and free Wi-Fi access. It is located right next to the ski slope in the Katschberg skiing and hiking area.
