(If someone complains about the price - the price is completely reasonable, you have dozens and dozens of options for a salty or sweet breakfast, hot or cold, healthy or unhealthy - the buffet is super fresh and the dishes are tempting to look at) The room (n°47) was absolutely perfectly cleaned, top-notch cleanliness without a single speck awaited us, it can be seen that the maids are extremely careful, we owe them our big thanks for the beautifully prepared room! The room itself is bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are fragrant. Valentina and Phillipa 🪻cosmetics is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect choice for hotel guests. Our room was comfortable, and we slept great on the comfortable bed. We also noticed the Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch, although there were no capsules provided. Electric kettle also available. The staff was really accommodating. We arrived quite late, but they were kind enough to let us have a final drink at the restaurant, which we really appreciated after a long day of cycling. It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! Very pleasant town, excellent bus and train services. Very novel that one of the train lines actually runs through the town, next to the cars! Has both narrow and standard gauge railways too. Bus services were frequent and reliable. There are some great restaurants, good bakeries and some nice shops. We used it as a base to travel to other places, and the good train links made that very easy. A pleasant town with some very agreeable corners such as Mitteldorf and the Princely Wine Estate. Excellent National Museum although the Art Museum is a disappointment as it contains virtually none of the wonderful paintings owned by the Prince, which surely could be shared between the Liechtenstein Museum in Vienna and the Kunstmuseum in Vaduz. It's easy to get around at the Liechtenstein Card is fantastic value, getting you in free to all sorts of places, including the winery. I only had two short, separate overnighters so tired on arrival. I would have liked more time to explore the old town in daylight and also visit Arosa by train. We were in Bregenz on the 23rd and 24th of August 2025. It was a coincidence that the Hafen Fest was on those days, and I cannot judge what is Bregenz usually like. For us there were too many people on the lake shore... but I know some people love this. The best places for me, must-sees: 1. Pfänderbahn (in good weather) 2.
