Dubai is always a great place to visit if you have never been or going there for the second or maybe even third time for myself i have been there in excess of 10 times as i did do business there in the past but it lacks natural beauty and it feels very much like a concrete jungle with hugh buildings everywhere, but for a safe family holiday that ticks all age groups you cant go wrong visiting dubai, saying that it is getting very expensive and the novelty of dubai is truly fading for me personally. This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. Great camp with the BEST staff.
Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. This is one of the places in the world where you can meet people from all different cultures: a driver from Nepal, who works for a Russian business owner or a brit who speaks French to a west-african guard or a Chinese tourist speaking English to a waiter from Zimbabwe. This could be a blessing or a curse depending on what you are looking for.
