Our train arrival time was later than their dinner time, but still they made sure we were well fed.

There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Guests can use the hot spring bath and the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. The property is a short walk to/from Yudanaka station. The staff are quite friendly. They drove me to the Snow Monkey Park before my check-in time. By the time I checked in, my luggage is already inside my room. The onsen/ofuro is a nice welcome after being out and about in the bitter Winter cold.

We were incredibly well looked after by Yoko, who took care of us and provided an exceptional service. Very hospitable. Also, other staff including our day driver Toko were all wonderful and took care of us and made our stay extra special.
