Everything was perfect! One of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, all sightseeing places are located in walking distance, very clean and comfortable rooms and amazing host, very helpful and friendly! We would definitely recommend this accommodation, it’s a great value for money.

This place is a gem! Tucked behind a lush and atmospheric garden where you can relax, it offers spacious, spotless rooms and hearty, varied breakfasts. The owners are truly amazing – kind, caring and most helpful! The very first day I was struggling with bad cold and they offered me tea and honey, which was a lovely touch. We felt like visiting a family :)

I have to say, there was nothing I could really fault at all! It's a beautiful guest house, situated right in the middle of Khiva's old city, amazing views from the balcony and roof-top (especially at night), a very friendly owner, Rustam, and his helpful sons, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a great selection at breakfast! It is slightly more expensive than some of the other places in Khiva, but I think totally worth the little extra. We really enjoyed our time there.

- perfect location inside Ichan Qala - very kind owners (we also did a few day trips/transfers with their travel agency) - very clean - perfect breakfast (pancakes, fruits, eggs, sweets, coffee, tea, cheese... everything) - on the day we left we could have earlier breakfast

Everything was perfect. The receptionist was an amazing girl, and we got along very well during my stay. The owners and the grandmother were also very kind. The place was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wow — very filling. I really loved it. Even though it’s a bit far from the center, getting there is no problem at all. The train station is very close.

    Everything! First of all, it's located in a best spot possible. Within 2 minutes walking distance from Old Khiva entrance, you will have super easy access to the historical site. The hotel is well managed, clean and cozy with nice breakfasts incommon dining area, where we met many backpackers like us there. Also, it's a pet friendly accommodation. Last but not least, the room is well equipped and spacious.
