The location was perfect because we went hi King in Mt. Batur and the starting point was 4 min walking away. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, large and bed comfortable. The host was friendly, helpful and kind. I recommend to those that are going to hike.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was the perfect mix of nature and comfort. The tent was spacious, beautifully set up, and so much more than we expected, with a super cozy bed and thoughtful touches that made it feel special. We really enjoyed the camp fire and beautiful view of the lake and mountain. The sunrise in the morning was also really special.

It's amazing to hear about stories about how the owner started guiding tourists since he's 10. Onsite restaurant has pretty good food.     Plenty of parking available, pet friendly, great service, clean. Strategic location near restaurants, very close to Toya Devasya Hot Spring (Though you won't need it becayse they got their own hot pool which is more than enough).

    The hosting family is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful, the food is great and the cabins are spacious and clean. Beds are incredible and fresh water is provided. Although a bit hidden, the location is perfect to do the Mt Batur trekking. Would definitely recommend staying at Pondok Bali Cottage - they will have a pool soon to cool of after your trekking.
