"We had an exceptional stay at this hotel from February 10 to 13, 2025. Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms were large, spacious, and perfectly clean. The pool and sauna were also spotless and very enjoyable. The staff was always available, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Sandro for his warm welcome and great service—he made our stay even better! We truly enjoyed these three amazing days and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect experience. Thank you for everything!"

I stayed at this guesthouse for a little over a week, and it was a great experience. I was the only tourist there at the time, but the family made sure I never felt out of place. Everyone took such good care of me especially grandma, checking if I’d eaten, offering tea, and making sure I was comfortable every day. Grandma was a joy to talk to. We spoke a bit Russian and she introduced me to all kinds of southern Georgian dishes. I'm honestly so grateful for them. The house sits in a peaceful rural area surrounded by beautiful scenery. If you ever find yourself in Georgia and want to experience real hospitality, stay here. You’ll leave with a full stomach and a full heart.

A wonderful family run hotel. We had dinner prepared by the family on both nights of our stay here. It was delicious local cuisine complimented with a bottle of fine local white wine. All areas of the hotel were clean and very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. The beds were also very clean and comfortable. The son drove us to the local town and also to a local river for a swim and refused to charge us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
