Dijana is a perfect host, she made us feel welcome from the beginning en was very helpful, for instance when I forgot the key. The apartment is a good size, very clean and stocked with everything you might need and the bed were one of the best I have ever had on a vacation. The walk to the Areitbahn skilift is an easy mostly flat walk, and there is also a bus stop close by to get to the other lifts in the area. It was very quiet, and there quit a few bars and restaurants in the area, just far enough not to hear them ;-)

Our stay was magical! We were in awe from the minute we arrived and we were sad to leave. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect and so clean and well maintained. Our hosts invited us to go to a professional ice hockey game of the Zell em See team and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The hosts organised for the team to sign a jersey for my son who was overwhelmed with the hosts kindness and is having the signed jersey framed. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room was beautifully set out/decorated; our hosts booked evening meals for us in Zell em See at places they recommended which resulted in us having incredible dining experiences. We loved everything about the Hotel, the facilities and our hosts from the minute we arrived until our hosts dropped us off at the train station to start our journey back to Australia. We had a magnificent time and we are planning to go back there. We highly recommend this Hotel with its amazing facilities and hosts. 10/10👍

The location was perfect—close to the city center, yet away from the noise, offering a peaceful retreat. The view from the apartment was nothing short of breathtaking, with a unique panoramic vista of both the lake and the mountains, making every morning and evening a special experience. The location is very good, in the center of Thumersbach, not far from Zell am See, where one can go by bus, near the park. The appartment is on the second floor with a very nice view of the lake and Zell am See. We had everything we needed and the owner was very nice and helpful.
