Appreciated the light breakfast/fruit and coffee as only one restaurant in town and not opening until noon. So relaxing with the ocean views,smells and sounds. Lovely beach walk.

Kitchen was fully stocked (pots, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, other utensils, and a full range of appliances and cleaning supplies). Heater worked well. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Bathroom was great. And the views of the ocean from both the living room and the main bedroom were nothing short of stupendous.

The kitchen was wonderfully fitted out, the addition of staple food items was great - if we’d decided to cook, or had been there longer.

The accommodations were delightful and the location was ideal. The room was quite spacious and Michael was exceptionally hospitable.

They all include private entrances and off-street parking. Seascape Accommodation in Kaka Point was an amazing spot for our stay. The location is perfect, just across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coastline and the sunrise. The place itself is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was warm and cozy. We were lucky enough to do some stargazing as the clouds cleared up at night. The only hiccup was a fire siren test in the evening that startled us, but it turned out to be a scheduled practice in the area. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Joan and John have created a lovely space in a beautiful spot right by the sea. Kaka point is stunning. The apartment is spacious, really well equipped and super comfortable with a gorgeous outlook. They are the consummate hosts and meeting them made our stay even more enjoyable.

You can awake to views of the spectacular coastal scenery. The apartment is beautiful, big and spacious with large windows and a marvellous view. We liked all, especially the comfortable bed, the bathtube with whirlpool and the ocean view. The last morning there was an awesome and spectacular sunrise with rainbow, the best ever we had. From Kaka Point we could visit easily many places of the Katlins, so we loved it. The responsable woman was very helpful and friendly, f.e. with the key and all our questions.
