Hotel National Park- A peaceful Family home where you can stay Peace and Enjoy and Organize the wildlife Safari tiene vistas al jardín y está en Chitwan. The staff is amazing and can organize everything for you from the pick-up and drop-off at the bus station (for free) and the tours (canoeing/walking safara/jeep safari) at a very fair price. They also provide complementary sunset walks and will give you a heads up to see the rhino when it is close to the hotel. If you have the time, try to stay at least a couple of days to try all the different ways to explore the nature as every option is unique! For the solo travellers: while it is a hotel, it is very easy to meet people as you will do the jungle tours with the people staying in the hotel. Lastly, a shoutout to the dog! Not sure if it is the best guard dog as it only walks a few meters a day, but he/she is always there for you.

Super great location, great and afford food! The room was also really good and the staff super friendly! They also brought and dropped me at the bus station which was so nice. I highly recommend this place!

Tiger Corner Inn Homestay se encuentra en Sauraha y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. lovely stay with a family homestay They welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home at all times. My room had everything I needed, including a well working hot shower — a real treat after a day out in the park. The inn itself is perfectly located in my opinion: You’re away from the busy main road, but both the village centre and the bus station are easy to reach by foot within a few minutes walk. When I wanted to go to the neighboring village for a little trip, they also kindly let me borrow a bicycle. I went on two walking Safaris led by Isswor who has decades of experience in the area. We were accompanied by Ram as a second guide and both of them always managed to find great spots to have some close but respectful & safe animal encounters.

Chital lodge se encuentra en Chitwan, a 40 km de Tharu Cultural Museum, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Este hotel de 1 estrella ofrece bar. The family are great, the peace and quiet at the lodge is excellent, the food was very good, and the safaris were amazing. If you are looking for the creature comforts of a resort or hotel then this is not the place for you. The rooms may be spartan but they were clean. This is the place to go if you want to be away from the crowded tourist district, and value some peace and quiet. You will have a large variety of birds around your room, and maybe the occasional jackal at night if you are lucky (don't worry about them, they are great to see and go in the other direction as fast as they can if they see you). The family who own the lodge are all lovely and welcoming, and they supply some great tasting food (the nearest shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Bishnu from the family who runs the lodge is also the safari guide, and he is great He is a local who truly loves and cares for nature, and who is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. I went out on my first jeep safari within a couple of hours of arriving and to be honest I was not expecting to see much. I would have been happy with a few birds and just seeing the park. What I saw far exceeded that. We spotted our first rhinoceros within a couple of minutes of entering the park and saw several more (up very close). There were dozens of spotted deer, hog deer, gharial crocodiles, mugger crocodiles, macaques, wild boar, and a huge variety of birds. I went on another jeep safari two days later and saw 9 different individual rhinoceros that day as well. Some of them were within n 5 metres of our jeep. On that second safari we also saw plenty more of the other animals I have mentioned, including a huge range of birds, including some migratory species which are rare to see in this part of the world. Unfortunately I decided not to do the canoe ride or the walking safari, but have since been in touch with other tourists I met there, who said that was also a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended.

When I arrived i had a nice surprise the owner came to collect me from the bus station which I thought was very kind . My room overlooks a beautiful garden the staff are friendly and there’s a very nice menu too . Everything is just perfect I’m very happy .
