Such friendly, helpful staff - they went out of their way to give us advice on which routes to take for our onward destination, rang to make sure we were ok and offered to help if we needed anything even after we’d left! Zoe was a great guide for our Sibayak hike. Breakfast included too. Great value.

Best resort in Sabang for sure and we’ll definitely come back! Owners were so lovely and helpful. Very accommodating! We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night!!! Very recommended! :)

Mila Homestay, en Padang, está a 10 km de Siti Nurbaya Bridge y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, además de acceso a la terraza. Dila y Michael son unos anfitriones geniales. La habitación es cómoda y muy limpia, con aire acondicionado. El desayuno completo y riquísimo, con unas vistas increíbles. En nuestro caso, ellos mismos se ofrecieron a recogernos y llevarnos (por un precio muy inferior al de Grab) tanto al aeropuerto como al puerto, ayudándonos a comprar los billetes del ferry. Si volvemos a Padang, repetiremos con ellos segurísimo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Asim Paris Guesthouse & jungle trekking tiene jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Bukit Lawang. Este alojamiento, que tiene servicio de conserjería, también ofrece barbacoa. The staff were so great. Andi organised us a great jungle tour and we saw heaps of orangutans. They also got us scooters to hire which was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Pancakes or scrambled egg on toast with a plate of fresh fruit. Great value for money, definitely recommend.

Orangutan Treks Villa & Eco-Friendly Jungle Trekking Activities tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Timbanglawang. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar, jardín y terraza. I very much enjoyed my stay here. I spent 2 nights before my jungle trek and 1 night after. I booked the 2 day/1 night jungle trek with them as well. I actually think that is the only way you can stay at their guesthouse, so they ensure that their trekking clients have accommodation. Communication with the manager, Dedycool was faultless, from the time i made my initial inquiry to when the driver picked me up at the airport. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had in 5 months of travel, and the AC did the job. The staff could not have been more welcoming, both upon arrival and every time I came for a meal or returned from an outing. The location outside of the village ensured a peaceful nights sleep. I enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the center, allowing me to see people going about their daily lives. The jungle trek was phenomenal in every way. Both guides, Edwin and Janet, were professional and got excited when we saw orangutans (we saw 7). The food both at the guesthouse and on the trek was very tasty. The trekking was challenging but not overly so. It was fun scrambling up hillsides using vines and roots as foot and hand holds. The camping was much more comfortable than I expected. The camping mats were thick, and the lightweight sleeping bag was just right for the temperature. The rafting back to the village was super fun and a great way to end the 2 days in the jungle. I'm very pleased with my decision to book through Sumatra Orangutans Treks.

The view padang, Amazing view, 8 mins Mentawai fast ferry, cold beer, close to restaurants está en Padang, a 13 min a pie de Playa Air Manis, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado... El personal que lleva el alojamiento muy atentos. Pudimos dejar las maletas durante tres días mientras hacíamos una excursión. Nos facilitaron todo lo necesario en cuanto a transporte y disponibilidad.
