Fantastic breakfast was brought to our room at our specified time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money. Can't recommend it too highly.

They are super sweet, waited to receive us at midnight and took us to get the ferry to go to Lumi Shales and picked us up the day after. All with a huge smile on their faces. The security picked us up late in the evening at the street and brought us to the hotel, they reserved a parking space for free for us for a couple nights even though we were only staying 1 night. We were able to leave the car parked there until we came back from the theth valbone hike. Security was amazingly kind and brought us breakfast early in the morning when we had to leave for the shuttle bus. Best and kindest service I have ever had in a hotel.
