Mr Kim was so very helpful and gave us sightseeing advice. The breakfast was very good and all staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definately recommend this as a place to stay. The guide that was organized for our trek was great and everything ran like clockwork even our shuttle to the train station.

Situated among picturesque mountains, it offers views that are simply breathtaking. Every morning began with me waking up, enjoying a panorama that is impossible to forget. I have never seen such silence and purity of air anywhere. The feeling that you are in the heart of nature, where even time slows down so that you can enjoy every moment. The hotel staff is a special pride. Professionalism, care and attention to detail are simply amazing. Each employee sincerely strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from simple advice to more complex requests. You can immediately feel that they are truly proud of their hotel and love their work. I can’t help but mention the spa treatments — it was a real relaxation for the body and soul. The massage I received not only relaxed me, but also left me with a feeling of lightness and peace. Everything was impeccable: from the decor and atmosphere to the professionalism of the therapists. You can feel that there is a lot of experience and attention to each client behind this. The hotel grounds are not just a space, they are a whole world that you want to dive into again and again. Walks in the garden, relaxing on the terrace, a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains — all this creates a unique atmosphere of peace and harmony. And, of course, I couldn’t help but mention the hotel’s cuisine — the dishes are always hot, delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered food to our room, and every time it was a real gastronomic delight! It is truly rare when the food in a hotel is so delicious and fresh.

The Buffalo Trek in Sapa was an incredible adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Our guide, Chili, was knowledgeable and made sure that we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in the local culture, spending the night in a traditional forest house, and exploring the stunning natural surroundings. What's even more impressive is that the host not only offers treks in Sapa but also in Ha giang, which is another beautiful region in the north of Vietnam. We had the opportunity to try one of their Ha giang treks, and it was just as good as the Buffalo trek! It's amazing to see how these two hosts have been cooperating for six years, and their partnership has allowed them to offer unique and authentic experiences to visitors. Furthermore, the hosts provide excellent service and support throughout the trek, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. They arrange everything from transportation to equipment rentals, so you don't have to worry about a thing. And the pricing is very reasonable, even without promotions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Buffalo Trek and the Ha giang trek to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable adventure in northern Vietnam. These treks offer a unique way to experience the local culture, explore stunning natural landscapes, and make lasting memories.

Great location to cool down and relax after a long day of hiking. Clean and comfortable room, nice pool, beautiful views of the valley. The staff is really nice and helpful. Have not tested out the breakfast, restaurant or spa. Would definitely stay here again.

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.
