had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist, Hazem, noticed that my birthday had just passed the day before I arrived and surprised me with a cake delivered to my room;such a thoughtful gesture. To make things even more special, the owner personally offered us free drinks to celebrate. The entire place was spotless, very well maintained, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and respectful. From start to finish, it felt warm and welcoming.

This is a beautiful traditional riad with a wonderful owner who is so helpful. Upon arrival, he made fresh Moroccan tea and coffee and offered me a free tour all around the medina. Lotfi had lots of interesting trivia about the medina as he is born and raised there. The top floor room with the private bathroom is actually a little apartment with kitchen and private roof top access. The bathroom has plenty of toilet paper and hot water, large fridge, coat hangers, table and chair, spare blankets and pillows. I stayed an extra two nights on the middle floor with shared bathroom, the bathroom is large and only shared by two rooms. It is well ventilated and cleaned, with hair dryer, great pressure and plenty of hot water. The building is very clean, laundry service is available for a good price, and all sheets and towels smell fresh and new. The view from both the top floor private room and the patio that is accessible to everyone, overlooks the markets and mountains on one side, and up to all the houses and kasbah on the other. It's in the heart of the medina but down an alleyway so nice and quiet. Everything is easily accessible from here, I even based myself here and did day trips to the blue city Chefchaouen as it's only an hour by bus. I highly recommend and would love to go back one day

We stayed in this newly renovated apartment and absolutely loved everything about it! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay— a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be better—right in the Medina, just a minute’s walk from the King’s Palace, with all the main attractions nearby. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is super calm, clean, and peaceful. They also offer parking near by. If you're looking for a modern, well-appointed apartment in Tetouan, this is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing, if not better! The location was perfect, close to transportation, conveniences, restaurants and the heart of Tetouan city, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my baby slept so well in that brand-new crib. Although air conditioning wasn't listed as a service for this property, the host kindly allowed us to use it while it was still being installed and it worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was fast, and we had access to Netflix, YouTube and many TV channels. What truly made the difference was the host. He was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless, and he even extended a free late checkout when my transportation was delayed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and enjoyable experience, especially for those traveling with family. Thank you Temsamani for making our stay so memorable!
