Erkin and his family are absolutely wonderful hosts. The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and the location is just a 15 min stroll into the city center. A little supermarket is just opposite. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Erkin‘s. If we ever come back to Karakol we‘ll be back with you!!!!

Probably the best hosts we ever had on our travels!! Very kind, helpful and generous people who welcomed us like we were their family and not guests. They gave us amazing food and offered us tea multiple times without that ever being included in the price we paid. Honestly felt sad leaving the property. The house is still being worked on but the rooms are very clean and spacious, having everything you need. The hosts also offer a laundry washing service for a small fee which is convenient for backpackers like us. Amazing value for money

Spotless and well maintained yurts, clean washrooms with very hot water, nice views and surroundings with a couple of lovely cows. The owners are a super friendly family - the son speaks good English and the parents are lovely. Great homemade breakfast and dinner, some of the best food we've eaten on the trip.

We loved our stay at Ordo so much we stayed here twice. The room is extremely clean and comfortable, wifi is god and breakfast is plenty. Mars is happy to help you out with organising transportation for a very good price. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about Urban Monkey Hostel. The Cozy and clean living room, the kitchen with it's variety of teas, the hot showers, the clean bathrooms, and the super cozy Tents. Never stayed in a hostel like this before. This was an extraordinary stay. It was nice hanging in the kitchen being able to meet nice and interesting people from all over the world. Kiril and Maxim were, Super Hosts who really seam to love their Job and make the stay in the Hostel and in Karakol area an immersive experience. Great location to stay. Close to two major supermarkets and the main restaurants area. Has probably the best view over the nearby Арык мырза park in the city. Has a washing machine which is really helpful. Plenty of parking behind the building.
