Amazing view from the terrace. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very clean and enough space for a family of upto 5 or 6. Tina is an amazing host, she made sure we were comfortable with everything. She also helped me arrange an amazing guide, Mari! We will definitely come back again while we are stationed in Georgia!

Even though we booked very last minute the host family were very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and there is a guest kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. We were able to use the washing machine too. The garden is absolutely beautiful and we loved spending our evenings sitting outside. The family treated us to fresh fruit, tea and sweets at every opportunity! We asked for dinner one evening and the food was very tasty. We didn't try the breakfast. It's well located to see the sights of the area. Also, you can park your car on the driveway.

The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean, with everything necessary in it. The location and the view was great, really nice to get out from noisy city and have an quiet and comfortable weekend.

A wonderful place to stay. The host (Ia) is lovely and very attentive to her guests' needs. We immediately felt 'at home' via a Turkish coffee and a very pleasant chat, whilst admiring the view of the Caucasus' and a magnificent rose from Ia's flower garden - also bursting with grapes, persimmon, pomegranate, strawberries, tomatoes, quince - and chickens! The home-cooked meal was authentic and truly yummy, as was our homestay-arranged visit to a nearby small winery in Akhmeta. You get the picture. This is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you dear Ia.

stayed 5 nights. first booked for 3 nights to make sure that we like it. it was great and we prolonged 2 more nights. we did not have free time during 5 days, venue has lots of activities - tennis, pool, football and basketball statiums, bicycle riding, fishing, catamaran +++++ there are different type of restaurants - italian georgian, european... so with kids it is quiet good to have those choises. hotel upgraded my room from standard duplex to upper one and room was great with double batthrooms staff was great, handling any open question =) btw - you can do hiking to mountains without leaving hotel! fresh air, big lake, nice coffee.... only weekends are crowded, weekdays are amazing !!! enjoyed! many thanks to georgian friends!
