Great hotel, very lovely helpful staff. Bar and restaurant downstairs. Great breakfast selection. Lots of free parking.

There was air conditioning and good free parking space. The bathroom was very nice and remodelled.

Comfy bed, nice interior design, staff accommodated an upgrade which we were so grateful for, great cocktails, wellness centre had everything you needed. Location was nice with a great view and relatively close drive to get to Mt pilatus cable car which is insanely good. Loved my time in this city. Free parking in a big car park out front

Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region

The room size is great, with a small kitchen where we can make some food and the fridge is a good size as well. Also, the free parking is good for where the hotel is located as it's more convenient if you are traveling with a car and staying in this hotel.

Location is quiet and convenient with a direct bus to the Lucerne. Free parking opposite hotel. Coil operating Laundry facilities .

Location is close to the station, supermarket and short walk to city square. Rooms were clean. Nice size for a family with an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds and larger double. Good coffee pods for morning and spacious bathroom. Staff were helpful.
