The service was excellent from everyone. The front desk, dining room staff, and cleaners are all very friendly and helpful.The food quality and variety at the buffet was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The breakfast contained a variety of delicious food (including traditional food). The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the 10th floor was also beautiful, as we could see the main buildings which make up the city skyline, from afar (at sunset, so the view was stunning). The personnel was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made our stay a pleasure. The location made it easy to get to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque quickly (approximately 20-25 minutes by taxi), and there is a shopping mall right across the intersection, which made it easy to buy souvenirs and try out some new fruit from the supermarket there. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we could easily get to other sights relatively quickly (maximum 30-40 minutes to Corniche Beach, Marina Mall, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, The Observation Deck at 300).
