The loveliest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel, who also speak great English, which was very helpful. My biggest win was the bed, which was super comfortable and the mattress wasn't rock hard as it often is in Asian hotels. The shower had great pressure, the room was almost perfectly clean (including the kettle), there were multiple pillows, bathrobes of great, breathable material, a quiet air-con (though it had to run overnight to keep the room cool), black-out shades, and Netflix. Breakfast was also pretty good compared to other hotels in Vietnam I've been to.

It was the most charming little hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We loved being a block away from all the action but at the same time being on a side street that despite all the traffic proved to be perfectly fine in terms of noise levels. The restaurant at the property is delicious and offers a great variety of Vietnamese dishes for those times where you just feel like staying in but still enjoying a delicious meal 😊
