Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. The stuff was super friendly. I couldnt open the safe, so they opened it with forth. Upgraded my room for free. It was very clean and beautiful. Location was also good, close to the main touristic places but not loud.

We had a little problem with the laundry, one of our t shirt returned with small stains, everything else was perfect. The kind manager Erik helped us and freed us of the laundry charge.
