Hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter close to many points of attraction and eateries. Service and staff are outstanding! Hotel is newly build in 2024, very clean and cosy. Rooms are not very spacious and the selection of breakfast menu is limited but it is fair according to the price. For those seeking comfortable but not posh accomodation it is an option with the superb price and quality ratio.

Great rooms - spacious and with thought-out details and nice little touches all around. Clean and bright and comforting rooms. Very good location - right in the middle of the old quarter, and almost next to the lake. Great food, coffee, shopping, sightseeing close by. Start off with a food tour on your day one to acquaint yourself. Best was the very good service - Alex and the reservation team exchanged almost 20 mails patiently with me for our group of 9; did everything we requested and more, especially helping with getting our rooms ready for the babies early, upgrading a room, and doing a lot of extra things; helping us out throughout - from the doormen to the manager to all - very good - best service in our Vietnam trip! It's a new place, but no teething issues of a new place. Rather all the benefits. We had the penthouse suite which was a steal for the size and the view and the facilities, a grand suite and a junior suite all were very good.

Hotel staffs was Brillant and everything in this hotel is great, excellent tours. Highly recommending.

Hotell Serene Central asub Hanoi Hoan Kiemi linnaosas, 1,1 km kaugusel Thang Longi veenukuteatrist, 1,2 km kaugusel Hoan Kiemi järvest ja 1,9 km kaugusel Quan Thanhi templist. We loved everything. The hotel was very nice and small. Great and helpful staff. Our room had a big terrace, overlooking a busy street, but the room was quiet and cosy. Great location, good breakfast

Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Eliana Hotel.

It was an excellent location, close to popular destination eateries, lake, shopping, etc. It was quiet inside the room despite proximity to buzzing streets. Breakfast had a custom menu with many items to select from. Very friendly & smiling staff, and they provided valuable information.
