Even though my plane was three hours late they still had someone waiting for me at the airport but not only that, when I arrived they had give me a free upgrade to a suite! It just so happened to be on the Turquoise floor which is my favorite color so it was perfect. Extremely friendly staff, always making sure I had everything I needed. One even took me to a barber personally! They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

We stayed there 30th November to 3rd December, 2024. The place was so good, the balcony vjew was amazing and the service was top-notch. This place is situated in a very convenient place, ev Specially Bikram Dada helped a lot. He made our stay tension free and assured everything in an WhatsApp text away. He also booked our Paragliding, Bike rent, and Taxi in a very reasonable price. I'll be staying here in my next trips as well.

Everything was excellent we should land at kathmandu airport at 11 pm but because of heavy rain we landed at 4am and I had booked in advance for airport pickup once I landed and done with immigration I called hotel they make sure to arrive in 15mins to pickup and brought to hotel every thing was excellent location,staff,rooms,we got I'll and extended 1 day and they make sure if we need medical help or any they can.please visit them and give a chance for there hospitality.thank you to every staff from security guard to till upper class position make our stay feel like home.
