The cottage is convenient to Abergavenny and within a short driving distance of many local attractions. There's a Waitrose just down the road to stock up on provisions if you stay for several days as we did.

The room was beautiful, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The view from our room was of the hills. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. We would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book again should we be in the area. The apartment was in a great location. Myself and a colleague were working in Newport only 15 mins walk from the apartment. The wide path running along side the river made it very convenient to go for a long run after work. We had planned to stay for a few weeks but our work plans changed unexpectedly and so we only got to stay in the apartment for 3 nights. However, they were a very relaxing 3 days especially because the weather was so good and allowed us to soak up the rays on the balcony overlooking the water. This will be the first place I look to book if I’m ever in the area in the future.
