Incredible house, very spacious and comfortable. Great location, close to the Disney parks. We were in a very large group, with a wide range of ages, and we all had an amazing time. The house has a nice swimming pool, but there is also the condo swimming pools, which are great and about a 5min walk from the house. Leo, our host, was clear on his communication, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. We would definitely recommend and come back!

The villa is a good location for a family trip to Orlando. It has good facilities and you'll have a comfortable stay, providing that you're prepared for the additional workload involved in staying in a house rather than a hotel. Things like going to the supermarket for food and so on. If you plan to visit the parks, prepare yourself for Orlando rush hour traffic. It took us about 20 minutes to reach most of the Disney parks (or rather, the parking lot), but heading back in the evening could take up to 45 minutes because of the traffic. The host is very responsive. Good wi-fi.

Everything was great and the house was perfect for our family gathering of 12! Ricardo was a great host and answered all our questions very promptly, The house is exactly as in the pictures, very well equipped, in a great location and resort. I highly recommend the place and would definitely come back if possible!

Stunning home -exceptionally clean & backs onto green space with a home on one side and non on the other or behind it (so it was very quiet). Booking was easy and home access was by key code. No need to check in with an actual person which was very nice as all you do is scan the QR you are given and gates open in your gated section. You will need WAYS or google maps as roads may not be in your car GPS yet as they are so new. Owner was very responsive to questions. There are lots of TV's for the kids if they need them. Beds were great. The house was huge, and very well stocked. You will need a vehicle to get to the clubhouse as it is too long to walk to (30+ min walk) and the clubhouse was packed (at least during spring break) so go early if you want a beach chair (although you can put towels on grass also). For some reason the clubhouse did not seem to have as many beach chairs as it looked like it could have had given the huge space. Clubhouse does not let any food or drinks into the premises which is also a bit odd based on other area resorts we have been to (but probably good as it limits alcohol overuse -you can buy food/alcohol and drinks). We preferred to stay and use the homes heated pool and we let our 4 teens use the clubhouse. Shopping was very easy with a publix grocery store literally 3-5 minutes away and Target/Ross /lots of restaurants etc about a 10 min drive down highway 27 if you go before traffic hits (before 10 am). We would definitely go again. This entire area is safe and beautiful.

We loved the villa as soon as we walked in. We weren’t sure from the photos how big the pool was but it was great - much bigger than we expected. The villa had everything we needed (including an electric kettle), the beds were very comfortable and it was an easy drive to Disney, Old Town, Celebration, Outlets and Gatorland. We loved spending time in the pool and games room. Scarlet the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
