To start off with, the view is breathtaking. The property is facing the Adratic. Stunning views. It is a bit far from Old town. But there is a bus service (number 4) that starts from the hotel and ends at Pile gate at Old town entrance which is only 10 mins ride. So it never felt far. While booking we got an automatic upgrade to Junior suite which was a nice gesture. Property is modern with excellent lobby and a lounge area. One of the best client services I have experienced in europe. Very hospitable. We had requested for a late checkout since our next travel was in the night. They complied and gave us the same room with no additional cost. We were very impressed by that gesture. A special thanks to Ines for this. Special mention to Dubravka who was very helpful in providing tips about the town. Breakfast had a good spread. Again view from the restaurant is spectacular. We were particularly impressed with Loreta from the Breakfast restaurant. She ensured all our requests were looked into. Alwats with a amile on her face. Thank you. We had the buffet one night. It is a good treat for those eating meat and fish. We are vegetarian so the options are limited. Hoping to have more options on the veg front. Having said that, we requested the chef to make pasta (arabiatta) . He was more than happy to comply. Personally came to deliver it on our table and then came back later to check how did we find it. Unfortunately, could not get his name. But thank you 😊. Overall very good experience. Will return for sure.

From the beginning, Andre was so attentive to the details and communication and making my stay very comfortable. The apartment was more than perfect with fantastic views and a great location. It was challenging to leave after 3 nights and the apartment felt like home with all the personal touches. Thank you so much Andrea and i would love to return one day. The room was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The hosts were amazing and responsive. They had great suggestions for restaurants that we followed and were quite pleased. The location could not have been better. It was right in the heart of it all.

The house is stylishly designed with a perfect mix of modern luxury and comfort. The private terrace was a delightful spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The service was impecable, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this penthouse for a truly unforgettable experience!

    The apartment is luxury jewellery with perfect location. Bus stop is literally next to the front door and for just 5 minutes you could be in the heart of the old town. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean and super comfortable - It’s like you’re staying in 5 stars hotel but with the benefits of having fully equipped kitchen and getting precious hints for your stay from Ivo. He is amazing host answering all my questions and always available - I wish all of hosts were like him!

    Great great location : the sea under your bed! You can go by a ladder from the coast in the sea (don't foregate a masque there is a lot of fish). A pool for two appartements ( useful if you are afraid to go in the deep sea), a wonderful breakfast served like in a 5 stars hotel , but just for you, in front of the sea. Every detail is luxurious in the appartement. 10 minute with an uber from the city center.

    This is a truly amazing 5 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights in July and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed by the pool all day and enjoyed waiter/waitress service, fresh towels, piped music and great views out to sea of boats passing by. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and you could tell it was a Michelin starred chef who prepared the fresh hot food. Beautiful garden areas to sit and relax. Make sure you take photos from the top of the property at night with it all lit up. We highly recommend the Palace Natali.
