It was amazing !we booked the coach house and it was so much better then expected.it was well kept and had so much character, everything was clean and I was obsessed with the fresh cows milk and eggs that you can get from the local farm down the road also the swimming pool and hot tub just topped it all off as it made things even more relaxing. Would definitely book this place again as me and my boyfriend fell in love with the place and think it's 100% worth the money

Location is excellent and away from the main roads so its really quiet. Views are lovely and its very peaceful. Loads of great communication from the host regarding check-in/out, covid safe and general instructions. Baked scones, jam, cream and fresh milk on arrival was a nice touch by the host. Our accommodation was fully kitted out with tea, coffee, cutlery, plates etc it was truly a home from home experience and being dog friendly was a bonus. The surrounding area has nice walks down country lanes and the beach is 10 min drive. We loved it thank you.

It was all lovely, from the cream tea so beautifully presented with a teaset and the ample supply of tea and coffee to the lovely homely touches and decorations throughout. We didn't have children but the second bedroom would be a lovely welcoming one for them. The apartment is spacious, peaceful, well furnished and loved and very well equipped with everything you could need. It has beautiful views to Instow and beyond, although the weather was kind to us in that respect. Would highly recommend, thank you Clare
