Beautiful location, in the middle of the rainforest, you feel like sleeping under the stars and breathing together with nature. The owner and his wife are very very kind, Janith showed and explained a lot of things, animals/herbs, we had a fish pedicure in the waterfall next to our room, and the food was also exceptional, the ingredients coming directly fresh from their garden.

Natural Mystic Sanctuary está en Deniyaya y dispone de vistas a la montaña, piscina de temporada al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Hay wifi gratis. Me enamoré de este lugar, para mi, que me gusta la naturaleza, el más auténtico y agradable de los que estuve. Si algún día regreso a Sri Lanka será para volver a la Reserva forestal de Sinharaja y hospedarme en este maravilloso santuario. Los anfitriones y el staff muy agradables, la comida muy buena, la casita enorme y el guía que nos aconsejaron para realizar el tour, maravilloso. Les deseo lo mejor a Karina y resto del equipo.

Ripple by the river dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Weligama, a 2,1 km de Playa de Weligama. Best value for money so far in Sri Lanka. Great location by the river. We saw some tree snakes, peacocks and chipmunks. Nice balcony to chill on with breakfast. Air con was perfect and adjustable. Nice towels.

Lunuvila Resort Hiriketiya Dikwella dispone de vistas al jardín, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Dikwella, a 9 min a pie de Playa de Dickwella. our absolute favorite stay in sri lanka! we kept extending it because oh we loved it so much. 1. the place is ideally located between dickwella and hiriketiya. close to the main road but far enough to be quiet! (important for us) 2. the room is extremely clean and well-thought out. very beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail. we had everything needed and couldn’t ask for more really. having our own kitchen was a huge plus and you can also do your laundry here. 3. the host Dasitha is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) person we’ve ever met. he was so patient and humble and truly cared about our experience…! very welcoming and friendly. great communication too. made our stay so special. helped us a lot in all possible aspects of our travel. feeling very grateful we decided to stay there and meet him. 4. the space: there’s a quiet outdoor area with sunbeds. we loved it! 5. unbeatable value for the price.! we couldn’t wish for a better accommodation! can’t recommend enough and look forward to coming back. thank you so much Dasitha!

Unrushed Midigama está a 2,1 km de Playa Midigama y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y cocina compartida. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Good wifi, massive lawn, and my personal favourite- monster lizard. It lives in the lawn. You can walk to the beach and all the eateries. Manu is very resourceful and can get you most of the things. Just ask him!

Subodinee Bungalow está en Weligama y ofrece vistas al jardín, piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Everything! The garden, the bungalow with it’s private space outside to chill, the common areas where people got together to drink, eat or just chat… It’s also a 1 minute walk from the beach and literally 30 seconds from awesome coffe shops and restaurants. The hosting family is kind and will help you with anything you need. I had the chance to know more about them and how midigama has evolved in the past 40 years. It was really interesting and they are the sweetest people. Also, 2 great surfing spots just a few minutes walk from the bungalows. I will surely come back! Thanks for everything!

Rainforest Nature House se encuentra en Deniyaya, en la región de Distrito de Matara, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Really charming 'homestay' style place run by very nice family. Our little house had absolutely incredible views over the forest. The hosts arranged our visit to the forest and the guide. Nothing fancy here, just simple,clean and comfortable accommodation. It's a bit hard to find but the host came out on this scooter and met our tuktuk driver who was lost, so all was well. I recommend staying here.

The Whitegates Lodge se encuentra en Weligama, en la región de Distrito de Matara, cerca de Playa Midigama. Simple but really nice room, kitchen available for use which is super convenient. Really nice garden as an outdoor area with chairs. Good location as just across a busy road, there is a really nice and quiet beach, suitable for swimming with a very chill little beach restaurant. Ideally, one needs transportation (tuktuks and buses are available) as this location is in between Midigama and Ahangama.
