I stayed here for just over two weeks, and if not for other commitments, I would have happily extended my stay to a month or more. I absolutely loved my cozy little cottage and the private garden, which added a special charm to my experience. Hope to visit Pemuteran again, and when I do, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodation. A few restaurant recommendations nearby: • Pemuteran Coffee & breads serves amazing coffee and has a lovely atmosphere. • Warung De Lekong is a small, clean, and authentic local eatery with delicious food, and they even deliver to the lodge.

The family takes care of everything with kindness and love, always with a smile and true generosity of spirit. The food is excellent and abundant, and it’s clear that everything is made with love - from the garden’s care to every grain of rice on the plate. There’s a private stream you can bathe in, and plenty of nearby trails to explore. The scenery is breathtaking and the area feels truly authentic.

The lodge offers a spa centre. We loved our room with amazing views on Mount Agung, the calming and relaxing atmosphere, very green every where arround, very welcoming and helpful host. Walking around is possible close to beautiful rice fields, nice restaurants, and café terrasses. We highly recommend this place, and we are grateful for the kindness of our host 🙏 ❤️ 😊 We are now in Ubud and we do miss the magic of Sidemen! We will definitely go back to Sidemen and stay in the Babakkan Accomodation ;)

The hosts Madei and Grandma, Grandpa were very nice, talkative, helpful and good hearted people. Open bathroom was super nice and breakfast was delicious.

A bicycle rental service is available at the lodge. This is a very relaxing place with wonderful staff. We had a wonderful view of rice terraces, coconut trees, and mountains from our room and balcony. The balcony was spacious and comfortable, with a good roof so you could sit out in all weather and enjoy the view. The room was also comfortable, and the shower was hot, which is always a bonus. The food was cooked fr3sh on site, and very tasty. I enjoyed the fish cooked in banana leaf the best. We enjoyed walking through the rice terraces in the morning. There are a few warrungs further down the road. I also enjoyed a full body massage at Ume. It was fantastic, very relaxing! We had excellent communication from the staff before and throughout our stay, and we highly recommend this place if you want some peace.
