Ruben is an amazing person and an incredible host.  Peuma lodge is located in a breath taking forest clearing with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, a small river crossing the grassy land, it's absolutely perfect.  We stayed in a specious and beautifully decorated wooden cabin with the MOST comfortable bed we had in our entire 2 months vacation.  The place had a fire place that keeps it warm and cozy.  The bathroom was very big and luxurious, it was a pleasure.  We were arrived after a long drive and spent 2 nights. Although there are many trails and other attractions in the area - with which Ruben can help you - the weather was rainy so we decided to stay in and had the most comfortable stay we could ever hope for. We got to use the hot tub and sauna, play ping-pong in the club house, walk around the wooden paths and read a book by the fireplace in the beautiful common area and it was absolutely magical. Ruben was so attentive to anything we needed!  We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area!

The grounds are well tended and beautifully landscaped with flowers and areas to entertain children.

Este establecimiento se encuentra en Puyehue, a solo 20 minutos en coche del parque nacional de Puyehue, y ofrece habitaciones rodeadas de un parque de 4 hectáreas. This lodge is a little off the beaten track but well worth braving gravel roads to get here. Once you arrive, enjoy this slice of Chilean Patagonia! Rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views! Wish we made time to spend several days rather than 1 night. Breakfast was excellent. After two weeks on instant coffee, a cup of fresh brewed was enjoyed.
