Amazing location and the staff were just really lovely and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were do comfortable. Overall, one of the best hotels in Vietnam.

Every staff is worm and considerate, especially Suzy. She’s like an old friend of mine.

Everything was beautiful in this wonderful, exceptional hotel .. The reception was very elegant and the treatment was very polite and sophisticated by the female staff. I had a great time at Meritel Hanoi! I was in Vietnam for two weeks and stayed there on 3 separate occasions. The first one, I had just arrived in Hanoi as a solo traveller. Hanoi is busy and can be overwhelming but the team at Meritel gave me a warm welcome, helpful suggestions on where to eat, shop and sight see. I felt very safe and cared about. Special shoutout to Mike who was extremely helpful including giving me updates on the weather in the different places I was travelling to, giving me suggestions for activities even outside Hanoi and generally being friendly 😁 The amenities were great - I really liked the rooftop bar and the work area (great for me who was working remotely and needed a good desk!) The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed with lots of good light. Modern but tastefully decorated. I booked the junior suite. The hotel is also centrally located in the Old Quarter which meant I was in the middle of the buzz (but didn’t get any noise in my room) and I was close to most attractions. It was also very accessible by foot and car.
