I loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, walking distance to many places or close to metro stations. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They lend you umbrellas when it rains. Super friendly personnel. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff is AMAZING! Not only are they super helpful and professional, but they are very welcoming, accommodating and nice :-) The rooms are very spacious for NYC and we highly appreciated the welcome snacks, as well as water bottles & coffee caps being offered every day. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!
