The position was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had. Little touches like chilled water, coffee and carrot cake for free for afternoon tea. Individual details in all the rooms and the history.

Splendid! It felt like living a long-held dream - to step back in time to the Belle Epoque. We loved it - the furnishings and design are even more beautiful than the photos. Attention to detail is spectacular. Breakfast was amazing.

i just liked everything ! very nice & helpful staff, super room, most amazing breakfast. my dog was welcomed with a spare blanket, water bowl & some treats and was allowed in the bar. the entire place is very tidy & clean, the location is perfect.

    Great location. Hotel is right next to the bus and train stations. Tram stops are only a short walk away. Ullevi about 10 mins walk and plenty of bars/restaurants also within 5-10 mins walk.
