From the minute we arrived, we were treated fabulous. Very friendly staff with brilliant English. Rooms were beautiful and spotless. Food was great with a huge selection of both continental and European foods. There was a large number of us staying, all different rooms, with different experiences and not one complaint from anyone. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

It was our first stay in this hotel. Very nice hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, pleasant experience overall. Large VIP room, large bathroom, comfy beds. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, as well as jacuzzis and saunas. The breakfast was also great, lots of everything. Looking forward to our next stay!

This is not my first time in the hotel, all the recommendations. Rooms are clean ancozy, the bed is very comfortable, we enjoyed spa (with no pool it's still quite good). Staff members are friendly and the breakfast has variety of options (even non-gluten bread which was important for me)

The hotel is in the top of the fortress, the view is incredible, we had an upgraded room which was a plus for our stay, is peaceful, the breakfast was very good, the reception was really helpful for everything we've asked for. Also next to the hotel there are 3 restaurants with very good cuisine.
