It’s exquisite, living like royalty , everything was sparkling clean , old furniture but it just adds to the flavour of a palace , bed was comfortable , queen size but very comfortable . The staff was awesome always smiling , always helpful . The location 100/10 best place in town . Great stay all in all !

It was our first stay in this hotel. Very nice hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, pleasant experience overall. Large VIP room, large bathroom, comfy beds. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, as well as jacuzzis and saunas. The breakfast was also great, lots of everything. Looking forward to our next stay!

Location of the hotel is amazing. A short walk from the city center of Novi Sad, while still far enough to offer calm and peace in the evening. Rooms overlooking the river have amazing view, as well as are exceptionally furnished. Lastly, included breakfast is out of this world, matches and exceeds what is offered any offer by even best restaurants in Novi Sad. Compliments to the kitchen staff, as well as all other staff of the hotel. Keep up the good work
