I Was surprised with an upgrade to the Junior Suite. Room and staff were exceptional. Great variety for breakfast. Metro station just opposite the hotel entrance. Cant ask for more. Great value for money spent.

The hotel is easy to get to via the metro from the airport. The staff were welcoming, always ready to give advice, go over the city map, offer advice for restaurants, interesting parts of the city, public transport etc. The free breakfast was amazing: eggs, hard boiled or scrambled, bacon, sausage, breads, including non gluten, tomatos, cucumber, apples, bananas, cereal, pastries, jam, coffee, juice, tea and a pancake machine. They provided us with a breakfast box filled with sandwiches, cheese, water, juice, bananas and apples for an early morning flight. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet, , including a small fridge and a safe. Easy access to historic Lisbon. Tram 28 is a must.

I was especially was enamored by the unique offering to refill your previously purchased perfume bottles from Burberry, Chanel, Dior, Armani etc. An environment and financial win!

    Amongst Designer shops has an array of cinema screens. Films in Portugal are NOT dubbed so you can watch an original English speaking film if you wish. Lots of eateries and a supermarket with high quality produce. Highly recommended it.
