the whole experience at this hotel was fabulous. from the time we arrived until we left we were made to feel like guests, not like other hotels who seem to lose enthusiam on the last day. ALL OF THE STAFF were super helpful and enthusiatic from the cleaners, reception, restaurant, foyer etc. all of them knew their job and were very helpful and answered our questions or requests. Breakfast buffet has all you could want if you are westerner - fruits, porridge, lassi, tea / coffee, eggs as you like, bread/toast, too many cakes, and local dishes and breads if you wish (not too spicy !!!). The hotel is set back from the road - so it is a little quieter. Walking is not so easy around Lahore - but the Hotel is not far from the Museum and Anakarli Bazaar; and short tuktuk ride from the Walled City; fort etc. The company has a couple of other Hotels in northern Pakistan that i will defintely be staying at next visit.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and safe yet close to shops and restaurants. The room was impeccably designed, appointed and maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared and served. Perfect.

Our experience at Park Lane Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and professional staff. Kashif Butt, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nasim stayed in touch with me all the way from Australia, ensuring a seamless transportation experience—from my airport pickup to every moment in Lahore. His support was invaluable, and I am deeply grateful to him. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, while the hi-tea exceeded expectations with its outstanding quality. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Lahore, Park Lane Hotel will be my choice of stay.

    Both 'rooh-parvar' and awesome artistry in construction.... You must not miss visiting it; while visiting, please do perform ablutions and offer prayers / salaat. Mughal Muslim dynasty, we all thank you for leaving behind Islam in the sub-continent, as well as scores of construction marvels....salute!

    Great value. The staff were very helpful and always available. The location was great. The rooms were spacious but dated. We were able to walk to most areas. 20 mins to Lahore Museum, 15mins to zoo and botanical gardens and 50 mins to Badshahi Mosque in the old city. Some good cafes across the road.

    The suites exceeded our expectations - they are big, modern, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful. The Imperial Suites are bit far from the Badshahi Mosque and the fort but with a really nice park just round the corner.

    The front staff (Mr. Shoaib) was really great, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and a memorable one! He made sure any issues we had were taken care of. He also recommended Haveli Resturaunt, which was exceptional. My wife and I both loved the food. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay closer to cantt area, badshahi mosque, food street, anarkali or the fortress stadium to come stay here!
