Great location, great included breakfast, fast wifi, and very quiet! The room and bathroom were basic but very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating during a last-minute flight cancellation. They also helped us book an early morning taxi to the airport and packed breakfast for us!

Diego, Phol, Carolina and all the front desk team at this resort are ALL AMAZING and very professional and the dining staff and hosekeeping were great as well.. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I went to Kennedy Park around 8pm.

    I went to Kennedy Park around 8pm. I normally don't like going out much at night but Kennedy Park was lively, full of people and the cats were all getting fed. I really loved hanging out there during the day and evening.

    Excellent cool space.

    Excellent cool space. Close to Cafe Haiti for "the best" outdoor seating PLUS , A-1 Cafe con Leche. Manolo's, which is a popular restaurant, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco and has a delicious Torta Espagnol. AND for the Thrifty Shopper, La Quinta, is 2 blocks up on Calle Larco on the left.

    Having visited Peru with the Peace Corps, this was a logical...

    Having visited Peru with the Peace Corps, this was a logical stop. Cats roam the park and they are cared for by a local group. Some are friendly and allow petting, some are aloof. There was an art show there and we wandered through looking at local art and there was a local food show nearby. The park is a pretty, shaded and peaceful place to enjoy an ice cream and conversation.

    The location of this hotel is in a very quiet end of the street and is central to Kennedy Park and hop on hop off buses and restaurants. The room was always kept very clean. The proprietors and all staff were extremely kind, going above and beyond to ensure we made it to the bus station in time and not miss it.

    Great central location very close to Kennedy Park but down a quiet no exit street so quiet at night. Close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Eggs made to order. When we missed our connecting flight and had to spend an extra 2 nights in Lima we came back to this hotel.

    The apartment was very clean and new. It looks just like the photos. It has all the amenities you need. Has a washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, dinning table, cookware, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, situated in secure building, good location, close to Kennedy Park, has a convenience store a minute away! There is an outside lift for luggage or wheelchair access to get into the building. Great service and communication with the host. Very pleased with the stay!

    Had a great stay here! Excellent location. Staff were lovely and helpful. They left lovely treats in our room for us as part of our honeymoon stay. The hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable. Many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. Kennedy Park only around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

    Perfect location for a walk to the Kennedy Park and nearby museums. The hotel itself was exactly as described on website, charming, quirky furnishing, made me feel at home at once. Breakfast had an amazing choice, not just cooked foods, but simple bread and rolls and a big selection of fruit! Amazing!

    This is a really nice little hotel, close to the Kennedy Park. There’s plenty of room for your luggage and everything is clean and in good condition. Some have commented on sound from the street, but we found it very quiet - there are double windows which helps keep sound out. We did stay on a Sunday, though, so probably less partying than on some other days. The breakfast buffet was decent with several options.

    Everything about this hotel is perfect. I stayed at an airbnb 2 weeks ago for 3 nights similar in pricing. but the room is smaller dated, no kitchen and no hearty breakfast included. My flight got canceled and I have to stay overnight in Lima, and NAIA made my stay and made up for inconvenience of the canceled flight. Will definitely stay in NAIA again and without a doubt highly recommended. Location is near Kennedy Park and downtown core of Miraflores.
